How do I get in touch with you?

When will I receive my order?

We typically send out your delivery the next working day. Depending on which postal option you select at the checkout we can send these first or second class. 

We do work hard to get your orders out as quickly as possible.

If you urgently need your products, maybe as a late present for someone we can arrange special delivery. The cost of this will depend on where you live and when you need it. Please contact us at hello@littlefoxsoapery.com and we will do what we can to help.

What is your returns policy?

If you are not satisfied with your product then please drop us a message so we can help.

Decide you don’t want something when it arrives,  we understand  – sometimes this happens!

We will happily refund your money, however there are a few conditions: 

The items must be returned within 14 days of purchase.

You must contact us at hello@littlefoxsoapery.com and follow the returns instructions (How Do I Return My products – Under FAQ).

The product must not be used and returned in the condition it was sent.

If it was received damaged please explain this and take a photograph so we can see the issue. 

It must be returned in the original packaging and if it was a bundle product all products must be returned.

We can’t refund the original postage costs or the cost to return the item to us.

As soon as your items arrive we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) and send you an email to confirm.

Please send items tracked and keep proof of receipt until a full refund has been issued as we cannot take any responsibility for lost items.

Do you sell wholesale?

We are currently stocked with a few eco-friendly retailers; we’d love to add you to our stockists to share our products with your customers. For a tailored quote to suit your business needs please get in touch with us.

How do I return my product?

Email us at hello@littlefoxsoapery.com to let us know you wish to return your items and we will send you a returns form to complete. 

Pack your products within the original packaging, ensuring you include the Returns Form (so we know it has come from you). Ensure you write our returns address shown on the form on the packaging. 

Pop to your local Post Office to return the parcel and ensure you receive proof of postage.

We cannot cover the cost of you returning your items.

If your parcel does not reach us and you do not have proof of postage we will not be able to refund your items. 

Once we have received your parcel we will email you to let you know.

As soon as your items arrive we will issue a refund (excluding shipping costs) and send you an email to confirm.
